• These terms and conditions also apply to business customers.

• Payment must be made in full before the commencement of the lesson.

• Accepted payment methods will be specified on the website. 

• 1:1 Classes:

Students may pay per class or purchase a block of hours in advance.

A 1:1 class may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or to reschedule.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund.

A 5-pack of classes must be used within 3 months of the purchase date.

A 10-pack of classes must be used within 6 months of the purchase date.

• Group Classes:

Students may pay in advance per class or on a monthly basis.

To cancel a group class or end a monthly subscription, students must provide at least 7 days’ notice.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice.

The per-class or monthly subscription fees must be paid before the relevant class or course begins.

• Trial Classes:

Eligibility

The trial class is available to new students only.

Only one trial class per student is permitted.

Students must be 18 years or older.

Booking and Scheduling

Trial classes must be booked in advance through the official booking form or platform.

All classes are conducted via Zoom. Students must ensure they have a stable internet connection, a working microphone, and camera access (optional but preferred).

Trial classes are subject to availability and will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Attendance and Punctuality

Students must join the Zoom meeting on time. Late arrivals may have reduced class time.

If a student is more than 10 minutes late, the class will be considered missed and cannot be rescheduled.

No Obligation

The trial class is free of charge and does not oblige the student to sign up for paid classes or courses.

The provider reserves the right to decline further lessons at their discretion.

Recording and Privacy

Classes may not be recorded by the student without prior consent.

Any personal information shared will be treated confidentially and used solely for scheduling and class-related communication.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Missed or no-show trial classes cannot be rebooked.

Changes and Cancellations by Us

• We reserve the right to modify course dates, times, or content with prior notice.

• In the rare event we cancel a course or class, students will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if payment is not received on time. 

• Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that all general descriptions of Services available from Languagery Language Services correspond to the actual Services that will be provided to you, we are not responsible for any variations from these descriptions, as the exact nature of the Services may vary depending on your individual requirements and circumstances. This does not exclude our liability for mistakes due to negligence on our part and refers only to variations of the correct Services, not different Services altogether. 

• We do not guarantee that all services will be available at all times, and cannot necessarily confirm availability until confirming your order. Availability indications are not provided on the website.

• All pricing information on the Website is correct at the time of going online. We reserve the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary.

• If prices are changed during the period between an order being placed for services and us processing that order and taking payment, then the price that was valid at the time of the order shall be used.

• If a student cancels less than 24 hours before the lesson, the full lesson fee will be charged as if the lesson was given.

• If the Provider cancels a lesson, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered. 

• You must not use obscene or vulgar language.

• You must not submit content that is unlawful or otherwise objectionable. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, ageist, sexist, homophobic or racist.

• You must not submit content that is intended to promote or incite violence.

• You must not impersonate other people, particularly employees and representatives of Languagery Language Services or our affiliates; and

• You must not use our system for unauthorised mass communication such as "spam" or "junk mail".

• all information you submit is accurate and truthful;

• you have permission to submit payment information where permission may be required; and

• you will keep this information accurate and up-to-date. Your creation of an account is confirmation.

• We recommend that you do not share your account details, particularly your username and password. We accept no liability for any losses or damages incurred as a result of your account details being shared by you. If you use a shared computer, do not save your account details in your internet browser.

• If you think that another person has obtained your account details without your permission, you should contact Us immediately to suspend your account and cancel any unauthorised orders or payments that may be pending. Please be aware that orders or payments can only be cancelled up until the provision of services has started. If an unauthorised provision starts before you tell us of the unauthorised nature of the order or payment, then you shall be charged for the period from the start of the provision of services until the date you tell us.

• When choosing your username, you are required to adhere to the terms set out above in Clause 9. Any failure to do so could result in the suspension and/or deletion of your Account.

• If we terminate your account, any current or pending orders or payments on your account will be cancelled and provision of services will not commence.

• You acknowledge that Languagery Language Services may retain copies of any and all communications made to us or using our system.

• You acknowledge that any information you send to us through our system may be modified by us in any way and you hereby waive your moral right to be identified as the author of such information. Any restrictions you may wish to place upon our use of such information must be communicated to us in advance and we reserve the right to reject such terms and associated information.

• All Content included on the Website, unless uploaded by Users, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software, is the property of Languagery Language Services, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. By using the website, you acknowledge that this material is protected by applicable English and Welsh and International intellectual property and other laws.

• Teachers may photocopy worksheets and any printed materials made available on this website for use in their own classes. 

• We assume no responsibility for the content of such websites and disclaim liability for any form of loss or damage arising out of the use of them. The inclusion of a link to another site on this Website does not imply any endorsement of the sites themselves or of those in control of them.

• Those wishing to place a link to this Website on other sites may do so only to the home page of the site https://musicaltapas.com without our prior permission. Languagery Language Services uses industry best practices to provide a high uptime, including a fault-tolerant architecture hosted in cloud servers. We give no warranty that the Website or Facilities will be free of defects and/or faults, and we do not provide any kind of refund for outages. We provide no warranties (express or implied) of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, compatibility or satisfactory quality.

We accept no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Website resulting from external causes, including, but not limited to, ISP equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events, acts of war or legal restrictions and censorship.

We may, from time to time, if you opt to receive it, send you information about our products and/or services. If you do not wish to receive such information, please click on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link in any email which you receive from us.
