Introduction
These terms and conditions cover all musicaltapas.com online and offline courses, which include:
- Group in-person Spanish courses
- Group online Spanish courses
- 1:1 Spanish classes on Zoom
- 1:1 in-person Spanish classes
Musicaltapas.com is brought to you by Languagery Language Services. When you sign up for or use any of our courses, you agree to enter into a legally binding agreement with Languagery Language Services.
Before you join a musicaltapas.com course, please read these terms and conditions carefully. By booking a course, you are telling us that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to follow them.
If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not join any of our courses.
Terms and Conditions
1. Purpose and Values
Musicaltapas.com Spanish courses are designed to provide a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for all students, with a focus on LGBT+ inclusivity. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating a space where everyone feels welcome and respected.
2. Registration and Participation
- Students must be at least 18 years old to register for a MusicalTapas course.
- All learners are expected to engage with the course respectfully and constructively.
- We welcome students of all backgrounds, ages (18+), identities, and language level (appropriate to the desired course).
3. Respect and Inclusivity
- Discrimination, harassment, or hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated.
- Inclusive language is encouraged and may be part of the curriculum.
- We reserve the right to remove students who violate these principles without a refund.
4. Course Content and Materials
- All materials are for personal, educational use only.
- Sharing or distributing course materials without permission is not allowed.
5. Payments and Refunds
- 1:1 Classes:
- Students may pay per class or purchase a block of hours in advance.
- A 1:1 class may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or to reschedule.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund.
- Group Classes:
- Students may pay per class in advance or on a monthly basis.
- To cancel a group class or end a monthly subscription, students must provide at least 7 days’ notice.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice.
- Fees must be paid in full before the relevant class or course begins.
6. Changes and Cancellations by Us
• We reserve the right to modify course dates, times, or content with prior notice.
• In the rare event a course or class is cancelled by us, students will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
- We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected will be used as per our privacy policy and only for course-related communication and administration.
- We do not share your information with third parties.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
